Hi, I’m Jess, founder of The Full Cup Co. A little bit about me:

Around 40, I was burned-out and knew there had to be more.

Do I need to know what I want next?
No, you only need to decide you are ready for more and commit to invest in your next chapter.
Is this only for people leaving corporate or tech?
Not necessarily. We receive applicants from backgrounds in mainly corporate and technology, but our clients have a variety of backgrounds and experience.
Does this help if I want to stay but shift direction?
Yes, it’s an investment you will never regret, because it focuses on your best self and your unique purpose and value prop. You don’t have to quit to take the program.
Do I have to quit my job to be a part of the program?
No! The point of the program is that you are building a proactive plan so that you can strategically exit vs. quit without a plan.
What if I’ve been laid off?

What if I don’t have a lot of time?
The program can be done on your own time within 90 days or less allotting 5-10 hours a week at your own pace.
Is this risky?
No, but you have to evaluate your own “risk” factors. This program actually aims to minimize risk for professionals and acts as a proactive investment in their self development and career design to create a smart plan.
You do not need to quit your job to take the program and there is just a one-time upfront fee for the program, there are no additional hidden fees.
How is this different from coaching or therapy?
This program is not a therapy program nor am I licensed to practice therapy (yet). It is a psychologically-informed framework, program and approach based on my extensive studies obtaining my MA in Clinical Psychology at Pepperdine University.
It focuses on proactive guidance related to career decisions and design, key themes and direction vs. therapeutic recovery, psychotherapy or treating emotional issues and disorders.
Traditional career “coaching” is a generic term and without a goal-oriented framework in place, is likely not to result in a clear, differentiated, successful and sustainable path for you. However, it is likely to result in you spending thousands of dollars without any real output to show for it.
