Founder, The Full Cup Co.
Career Design Strategist. Fortune 500 & High-Growth Tech Executive. Pepperdine Psychology Masters Student.
I'm an award-winning marketing and business executive with 20+ years of experience building and scaling world-class brands across Fortune 500, high-growth technology, lifestyle, and financial services and a recent Master’s-level education in Psychology from Pepperdine.
The first half of my career spans iconic global brands like Porsche, Visa, Michelob ULTRA, Olay, Jim Beam Brands, Miller Brewing Company, and Discover as well as high-growth tech companies where I've led teams to IPO and unicorn status.
I know what it takes to build at the highest level.
And I know what it costs when it’s taken away.

The Turning Point →
In 2022, I was laid off in a mass reduction (right before Christmas!) from the same company I had helped take to a billion-dollar valuation that same year.
If leading a company to unicorn status couldn't protect me, I knew the old playbook was broken. So instead of defaulting back to the next role, I made a different choice: I chose myself.
That decision led me back to school. I am completing my Masters in Psychology at Pepperdine University, deepening my commitment to the human side of career design, sustainable success, and what it actually takes to do work that fulfills you.
It also led me to build The Full Cup Co., the program and methodology I wish I'd had when I was sitting in that uncertainty, wondering what came next.
Why I Built This
Most career advice starts in the wrong place. It starts with the market → with jobs, titles, and what looks good on paper. The Career Design Method™ starts with you.
After two decades of building brands from the inside out, and now studying the psychology of human motivation and sustainable success, I know this: the executives who design the most fulfilling and successful next chapters are the ones who get clear first so they can build something that lasts.
The Full Cup Co. means freedom, peace, creativity and abundance.
It stands for happier, healthier, more purposeful work.
It stands for what is possible. For me and for you.
But each of us gets to determine what a full cup looks like for ourselves.
So I'm actually more interested in what it means to you.
Because that's my entire point;) We all get to fill our own cups, however we want.
What does a full cup mean to you?
More About My Experience
20+ years marketing & business leadership across Fortune 500, technology, lifestyle and financial brands such as Porsche, Michelob ULTRA, Olay, Jim Beam Brands, Miller Brewing Company, Visa, Discover and more…
I then led tech companies to IPO [initial public offering] and unicorn status [billion dollar valuation!]
Beyond my corporate and tech track record, I’ve coached and consulted across multiple industries - always with a focus on aligning strategy with purpose, people and performance.
In 2024, I returned to school to pursue a Masters in Psychology @ Pepperdine University, developing my commitment to human-centered success and well-being.
In 2025, I launched The Full Cup Co. to fulfill a long-held mission: to make the future of work happier, healthier, and more purpose-driven.
